Hej på er!
Jag sitter här och letar mig fördärvad efter recept till saffranskonfekt. Det jag letar efter liknar någon form av sockerpasta (florsocker kanske?) smaksatt med saffran, mycket utsökt.
Jag smakade denna delikatess på Knäckebrödskriget (SCA-evenemang) våren 2006 och jag tror Hantverkslägret tillverkade dem.

Någon som vet receptet eller något liknande?
