Jag bor i NZ som ju ar likt England, och jag koper mina fjalster av en lokal slaktare som gor sina egna korvar. De har dem inte i fonstret, men jag har aldrig haft problem att fa kopa lite grann om jag fragat. Annars kan du leta upp 'butchers' supplies' i gula sidorna, och ringa och fraga. De brukar dock ha minimum kvantiteter, ett halvt kilo fjalster racker till flera ars korverier. Tricket ar att salta ner dem duktigt, och sen frysa dem i smarre kvantiteter. Nar du ska anvanda dem sen tinar du dem i vatten, sa far du bort saltet.

Det enda jag kan komma på så här på momangen är Platina (Italienskt sent 1400-tal) men det kanske du har redan. Skandinaviska recept är det rent generellt ont om.

Jag efterlyser därför medeltida korv recept. Jag har hittat ett par men inget av dem är Skandinavist : ( Är det någon som kan hjälpa mig med recept som vore jag ytterst tacksam.
