Om du har en surcotte, ta den av og bruk den som filt, snarere enn å sove i den
Husk også å ta av sko før du legger deg, så unngår du kondens og iskalde føtter.

Jeg tror dette skulle holde deg varm, i allefall om det ikke er altfor kaldt ute. Du kan også vurdere å hoppe over reinfellen og ta et ekstra ullteppe, men da bør du lage en skikkelig granrisseng under deg.

Og sov med lue.

Jag återuppväckr en gammal tråd med en ny fråga!

Jag skulle vilja ha en kompakt och lätburen kampingsovutrustning som är så lät att den enkelt kan bäras på ryggen tillsammans med mat. en sovutrustning för en vandrare som sover ute i det fria hel enkelt.

Därför går halmmadrass bort, och lösningen att ha en fäll eler filt ovanpå sig känns cokså väldigt utrymmesslösande.

Jag tänkte alltså istället på en sovsäck av något slag, är det någon som har några belä'gg eller erfarenheter av sådana?Mina två ideér är:

Renskinn underst och sedan en sovsäck i två lager tjock yllefilt.

Sovsäck utan renskinn men sydd av innerst ett lager fårfäll och ett lager tjock yllefilt utanpå för att hålla bort fukten.

T-anken är att jag ska kunna sova exempelvis under en gran, då gärna med granrisbädd och klara lite regn utan problem.

Jag tänker mig sovsaker som exempelvis en herde, eller en pilgrim kunde ha haft med sig. Är det ngåon som ha några tips?

Kan inte sova på bara filt på marken á la medeltida liggunderlag då min rygg är något risig.
Vad kan man göra för medeltida motsvarighet till luftmadrass och sovsäck ?
Hur löser ni andra problemet ?

En halm maddrass är att rekommendera. Det använder vi i Olofs Gillet/Comp. Saynte George. Lägg inte skinn och fällar direkt på marken, de förstörs av väta/kondens.

Lättast är att sy en två meter lång och en meter bred påse av linne, vilken du på plats fyller sprängfull med hö/halm (inget för en allergiker) det är viktigt att du finfördelar halmen i maddrassen om den har packats upp från tex. en bal, sedan hoppar du på maddressen tills den får önskvärd form, själv brukar jag även "top up" med halm efter hopp sejouren, detta så att den blir mjuk och skön. Blir den våt, ja häll då ur halmen och låt den torka i solen och upprepa sedan ovan procedur. Givetvis så måste tillgången på halm säkerställas inför eventet, men det brukar vara en baggis och du pratar med de lokala bönderna.
