Nej nej "olovligt innehav av farligt föremål". Man börjar ju undra vad det är för några "farliga föremål" man inte får inneha. Vapen kan jag förstå men "föremål".

Originalinlägget tog upp följande:
Förekomsten av ordet karatepinnar i lagtexten.
Att Edvin hade fått en balisong beslagtagen trots att den varit ordentligt nedpackad i en väska tillsammans med bl.a. rustningsdelar. Kniven hade senare återfåtts tillsammans med en ursäkt.

Jag är hemskt ledsen.

Precis min poäng.
Därmed så finns det inga, eller väldigt få, saker som uppenbarligen är till för att använda som verktyg. Bättre vore kanske att använda formuleringen "Det finns få saker som inte går att bruka som vapen". Som bekant så har det förekommit att folk har slagits ihjäl med en stekpanna.
Jag antar att vi i grund och botten menar samma sak men uttrycker det på olika sätt.
