Men med de bildene...hvem vet? De originale utsendelsene om filmen snakket mye om historisk korrekthet rundt "den historiske Arthur". Dette innebærer åpenbart Braveheart-keltere (Woad Queen - aaaargh) og Lorica Segmentata i senromertid. Fantasiland, er jeg redd.

Det blir også morro med Kingdom of Heaven, Ridley Scotts nye korsfarerfilm der alle kristne er onde og dumme og alle muslimer er snille og edle. Og der Orlando Bloom spiller en smed som blir en helt. Og som har fått navnet Balian d'Ibelin. Som nok ikke var en smed, du.

Sir Ridley har klart å få historikere på nakken med denne filmen, og er -helt rettferdig, faktisk- blitt beskyldt for å gjøre seg selv til et naivt redskap for aggressiv arabisk nasjonalisme med denne filmen:
