Men angående det korta handtaget på bronsåldersmodellen så är Burenhult väldigt inne på att de har använts som sticksvärd snarare än huggsvärd, och att man då hållit med pekfingret runt och framför (om ni förstår vad jag menar) hjaltbucklan. Bättre förklaring än försäljarens iaf ;)

Men svärdet i sig ger mig en ide. Det skulle defenitivt inte vara omöjligt att konvertera ett enkelt vikingasvärd till en brukversion av gamla snartemo. Man ser ju tydligt varifrån H-fästena härrör, om man säger så.
