Jag kan meddela att jag efter mätningar av Abb (bild) 25 i Valdemars Ginters "<b>Tracht und Schmuck in Birka und im ostbaltischen Raum : eine vergleichende Studie</b>" (Stockholm, 1981) får det till att påsyningsbeslaget från Sibble är ca 3,4 cm långt och 1,3 cm brett (vid "släpet", 0,6 vid "halsen").
Nu är dessa mått ungefärliga då beslaget är förstorat till skala 3/2 på fotot (mao. förstorat en halv gång).

Ja men här finns lite i alla fall! Silver var det, och hon bor enligt den här sidan på Historiska museet, men jag hittar henne inte i bilddatabasen...
Kan vara mitt fel förvisso :) Kanske du hittar mera info om du söker efter arkeologen? Ingemar Atterman påstås han heta!

Jag har alltsa inte tillgang till info om saker som jag latt kunnat hitta medan jag bodde i Svedala. Nu skulle jag garna vilja veta lite mera om en liten figur som jag minns fran den tiden da jag boode dar, namligen en dam som vi da kallade "Sibble damen". Uppenbarligen har hon hittats i Sibble pa 30-talet, men sedan kan jag inte hitta nagra mera uppgifter om henne. Grodinge Hembygdsforening saljer replika silver smycken och anvander heen pa sin logo, men deras sajt saknar all info om henne, vad hon ar tillverkad av, hur gammal hon tros vara, hur stor hon egentligen ar och vad hon tros forestalla osv.( da jag ar mycket intresserad av hennes klader) Jag skulle ocksa vilja veta var hon "bor" nu for tiden. Ar det nagon som vet?
