Är man intresserad av att lära sig lite mera om silke och användning av silke under 14- och 1500-talen så är the Silk Industry in Renaissance Venice av Luca Mola ett bra val.

J de Alcegas the Tailor's pattern book är en faksimil av ett original från 1589.

Veccellio's Renaissance costume book finns även den som faksimil, men man bör ju vara skeptisk till de moden som konstnären inte kan ha sett själv vilken också gäller alla de nedföljande exemplen.

Ninya Mikhaila har jag själv träffat och hon är väldigt kunnig och en allmänt trevlig person. Jag rekommenderar varmt hennes bok.
