Så jag lånade brickbandsvävning av ann sutton på biblioteket. Och har läst utifrån den. Jag fick en engelsk bok av min sambo som heter card weaving av candace crockett men tyvärr så är jag inte super bra på engelska. Men jag har fått många bra tips från den. Vet någon vart man kan få tag på sonjas bok så hade jag blivit jätteglad [:D]

Du skriver att du känner dig begränsad i mönsterskapningen?
Beror ju på hur du väver - vridningsbetingat (hur du vrider brickorna) eller trädningsbetingat (hur du har trätt brickorna)?
Med vanliga brickor, de med 4 hål, så kan man väva vad som helst i mönsterväg! Inga begränsningar som jag har stött på under de 10 år som jag har vävt iaf! :)
Kan tillägga att jag är självlärd, så mina "termer" på saker/moment kan skilja sig från vad vävutbildade har. :)

Men fråga på, så ska jag svara så gott jag kan iaf.

Jag har inte vävt så länge men har gjort enklare brickband och även skapat enklare mönster själv. [:)] Men nu känner jag mig begränsad i mönsterskapningen. Skulle gärna vilja veta lite mer om hur det är att väva med sex hål. Hur väver man rent praktiskt? I vilka skäl ska man väva? gäller samma upprepning som vid fyra/fyra vridningar? Finns det kanske någon bra länk som kan beskriva detta på ett bra sätt?
