Vinnarna får ställa ut sina plagg på Medeltidsmuseet, kanske ett av Stockholms mest spännande platser för att uppleva vår historia!
Utgångspunkt för hela evenemanget, som går av stapeln i slutet av augusti 2014 är den rosade pjäsen Kung Ladulås och de interaktiva utställningar som anknyter till föreställningen. Ladulås Hus är tänkt som en mötesplats och ett öppet forum för designers, lajvare och professionella – unga som äldre. Välkomna till Ladulås Hus och tävlingen!

Uppdaterad information om modedesigntävlingen Kläder för Livet på Ladulås Hus, Adelsö 2014 På grund av intresset har tävlingen nu utökats till tre kategorier och anmälningstiden har förlängts till 11/8 2014.!
I tävlingen för alla som inspireras av medeltida mode tävlar man i tre kategorier: bästa medeltida dräkt som är historiskt korrekt (handsömnad eller maskinsömnad), alternativt bästa moderna design inspirerad av medeltidsmode. Valfri kvinno- eller mansdräkt i naturmaterial som ull och linne.
Tävlingen går av stapeln på Ladulås Hus, ett stenkast från Världsarvet Birka-Hovgården på Adelsö 24/8 2014. Vinnande plagg får ställa ut på Medeltidsmuseet i Stockholm och på Ladulås Hus.
I juryn sitter bla. Tina Rodhe chef för Medeltidsmuseet, Camilla Pontén rektor för Tillskärarakademin i Stockholm, Miranda Fondin klädskapare mfl.
Möjlighet finns också att delta med tävlingsbidragen i den rosade teaterföreställningen "Kung Ladulås" som framförs av Världsarvsteatern.
