Den likner på en senmiddelaldersk "tagging" på et norsk bord fra ca. 1500

Den likner derimott ikke på denne hunden fra ca. 1270 (Gol Stavkirke)

Vet inte om de molosserhundar som senare blev bulldog typen fanns i skandinavien under medeltiden.... Har faktiskt aldrig hört nåt om det.
