<i>Buxus sempervirens</i>är detsamma som <b>buxbom </b>(på engelska även kallat <i>boxwood</i>). Lägg dock märke till att det var <i>trädvarianten </i>på buxbom som användes (inte buskvarianten, som är den vanligaste i våra trädgårdar).
